Treetops Bed & Breakfast is an easy ten minute walk to the three local shopping areas with trains & buses at Blackburn Station, banks, post office, news agencies, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes & restaurants.

Blackburn Lake is nearby and the many walking tracks throughout the natural bushland setting provide our guests with the perfect opportunity to enjoy a stroll or jog in “the country”— to the sounds of bellbirds and far from the rush of the everyday.

For those guests who choose to use public transport, it’s a 30 minute train trip to Central Melbourne’s theatres, galleries, shopping, restaurants, and well known sporting precincts, such as the MCG, the Melbourne Tennis Centre, & other sporting stadiums.

Treetops is also well located to visit the Puffing Billy steam train in the Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley wineries, Mornington Peninsula beaches, and Phillip Island beaches & penguins.
